About Us
J&C Racing is a Mozambican motorsport team founded in 2014, dedicated to talent development, promoting motorsport, and representing Mozambique on the main stages of motorsport. Created by Carmo Novela, the team was born with the mission of training drivers with high technical discipline, a competitive mindset, and professional standards, focusing early on karting as a solid training base for its drivers Carmo Jr. and Jeffrey Novela.
Over the years, J&C Racing has built a consistent track record in national and international competitions, participating in South Africa, France, and various national events, later standing out in the Picanto Championship by Vodacom, where it achieved excellent results and titles that consolidated the team as a reference in Mozambican motorsport. Currently, the team competes in the Five Star series, with Carmo Jr. at the wheel, maintaining an active and competitive presence in the regional scene. Jeffrey Novela is undergoing academic training abroad, as part of the team's long-term strategy to return to the tracks with even more solid preparation.
J&C Racing's vision is clear: to establish itself as a world-class team, capable of competing on the world's biggest tracks and establishing strategic partnerships with national and international sponsors who share the same values of excellence, innovation, and performance. The team aims to be a global projection platform for Mozambican talent in motorsport, contributing to the professionalization of the sector and the construction of a strong, credible, and sustainable sports brand.
J&C Racing has already been recognized by the country's main media outlets, including Jornal Notícias, TVM, STV, and Miramar, reinforcing its public credibility and media impact. More than just competing, the team works to create value for its partners, for national sport, and for Mozambique, accelerating with vision, professionalism, and commitment towards the major leagues of world motorsport.
